Cluster One Creative Solutions Pvt. Ltd creates a chic environment for the Ainchwar’s terrace apartment striking harmony and balance between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Sitting atop the fifth floor of a four-storey hospital, this sprawling 2910 sq. ft., 5-bedroom apartment has all the trappings of a luxurious bungalow. It is chiseled as an intimate affair of details between the space and the user with a contemporary, minimalistic approach, personalized by reflecting individual personalities of the residents. Well-appointed, sleek, straight-lined furniture leaves the rooms clutter-free and spacious bathed in the natural glow of the abundant natural light streaming in.

Playing with a neutral interior envelope of beige marble flooring, furniture finishes in shades of umber and white, and ivory painted walls… accents of bright furnishings add character and vibrancy to the individual areas. An exception is the kid’s room, which sports a vigorous, energetic character.

As sunlight filtered through sheer curtains bathes the spaces in warmth and cosiness, wallpapers, textured and padded headboards and designer drapes usher in a touch of classic elegance with subtle beauty. The uniform flooring throughout the house paired with a uniform ceiling pattern augments the well-defined yet, seamless homogeneousness of the space.

To balance the simplicity of the basic design, each room is anointed with a quirky or ornamental focal point…. like… bookshelf-print blinds in the study, laser-cut light panels in the home théâtre and living rooms, backlit onyx panel in the mandir, yellow upholstered dining chairs….
A combination of cove and spot lights and suspended glass pendants in various shapes and sizes create an interesting play of light and shadow. Central air-conditioning ducts are cleverly aligned with cabinets or beams, leaving wall spaces free of encumbrances or openings.

Adjacent to the living room, is this transitionary semi covered patio, decorated with cane furniture that leads to a beautifully landscaped terrace with endless vistas. Hard-tiled surfaces are segregated by patches of artificial turf, while potted plants line up the periphery wall for a serene, intimate surrounding.
At the end of the day, in this fast-paced world… too busy to pause…, this abode offers much-sought-after tranquility.
