Fabricwood – a sail made of lightweight plywood stretched like a terse fabric stitched together using the traditional tailoring technique of ‘darting’; and propped up by a series of arches that framed the entrances and connected the store to the street and the adjacent café, constituted the installation for premium designer furniture store Xtra in Singapore on behalf of Herman Miller. Designed by Produce.Workshop, the project was named World Interior of the Year at INSIDE World Festival of Interiors 2017!
