India Art n Design(dot)com – The Creatives’ Weekly Infotainer on Art, Design & Architecture invites applications for the India Design Pavillion Milan - Edition One at the Milan Design Week 2016 from 12th to 17th April.
Following two highly successful collaborations with its co-host Designersblock UK, at the London Design Festival, India Art n Design(dot)com now extends its reach to the Indian design fraternity to showcase as a collective at one of the world’s most important design platforms – the Milan Design Week.

About the Venue:
Via Tortona is the epicentre of the Milan Design Week, which also houses BASE -
Milan’s new hybrid centre for culture and creativity.
BASE took over
the Ex-Ansaldo buildings on Via Tortona in 2015. Designersblock Milan 2016 will
take place over 1000 square metres of space
within the BASE building on Via Tortona.
BASE has a
footprint of 7,000 square metres. The building is a former industrial facility
set over four floors. BASE is in a 3.5 hectare complex, which includes MUDEC
the new Museum of Cultures housed in a magnificent building designed by David
Chipperfield Architects.
During the
Design Week, BASE will also host a major exhibition from the prestigious
Triennale di Milano called, ‘XX1 Design after Design’
